Terms of Service

1. Scope and definitions

These Terms form an agreement between you and GENSIGHT, a corporation organized under the laws of the Republic of Korea (Business Registration No. 522-81-03675), for the Re:HEY website at hellorehey.com, the Re:HEY iOS and Android apps, and related features. “Confirmed care data” means a suggestion that you review or edit and choose to save as a record, calendar event, or memory.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You may use supported features through a registered account created with email authentication, Google, or Apple. Re:HEY does not offer guest accounts. Keep your account information accurate and your authentication methods secure. You must be at least 18 years old to use Re:HEY, or any higher minimum age required by the law of your place of residence. We do not knowingly allow anyone below that age to create or use an account.

3. What Re:HEY provides

• AI-generated information shaped by your pet profile and conversation context
• Everyday observation points, general pet-care information, criteria for comparing products, and guidance on when to contact a professional
• Owner-confirmed records, important calendar events, memories, and reminders
• Exports, profile portraits, subscriptions, and other clearly identified features

Features and availability may vary by pet type, language, country, and platform. The features displayed in the app at the time of use are the features currently available to you.

Some product or retailer links may be affiliate links. Affiliate relationships, retailer responsibility, and commercial disclosures are explained in the Affiliate Disclosure.

4. Veterinary and emergency limitations

AI outputs may be incomplete or incorrect. Contact a qualified veterinarian before making an important care decision. For breathing difficulty, loss of consciousness, repeated seizures, severe bleeding, suspected poisoning, or other urgent symptoms, contact an emergency veterinary provider immediately instead of waiting for Re:HEY.

5. AI suggestions and owner control

An AI suggestion is not an official record or calendar event until you confirm it. You can review, edit, dismiss, or delete suggestions and stored care data. Re:HEY does not promise to remember everything indefinitely or to determine facts about your pet automatically. Keep your own copy of information you cannot afford to lose.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse accounts, infringe the rights of others, submit unnecessary sensitive human data, use Re:HEY to facilitate diagnosis or animal harm, bypass security controls, reverse engineer restricted systems, distribute malware, spam the service, or make automated requests that impair availability. We may restrict content or access when reasonably necessary for safety, security, legal compliance, or a material breach of these Terms. Where practical, we will provide notice and a way to appeal.

7. Your content

You retain any rights you hold in the conversations, photos, and information you provide. You grant GENSIGHT a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, copy, transform, and otherwise process that content solely as needed to provide the service you request and comply with legal obligations. AI quality improvement requires a separate optional opt-in and is not bundled into these Terms.

8. Subscriptions, billing, and refunds

Information about pricing, billing cycles, automatic renewal, included features, cancellation, and refunds is shown before purchase. Re:HEY does not currently offer direct web billing. Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are subject to the applicable store’s billing and refund rules. Deleting the app or your Re:HEY account does not automatically cancel a store subscription. Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer right.

9. Changes, suspension, and deletion

We may change or pause features for security, legal, technical, or operational reasons. Where possible, we will give reasonable notice of a material change. You may stop using Re:HEY and request account deletion at any time. Review the Privacy Policy and deletion instructions, and export any data you need before deleting your account.

10. Warranty and liability limits

We use reasonable care but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free AI outputs, medical accuracy, or a particular result. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GENSIGHT is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by reliance on AI-generated information. GENSIGHT’s liability for direct loss is limited to loss that was reasonably foreseeable and caused by its breach. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or gross negligence.

11. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without depriving consumers of any non-waivable protections under the law of their habitual residence. The parties will first try to resolve disputes in good faith. Any unresolved dispute may be brought before a court with jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act and the Act on Private International Law of the Republic of Korea. Nothing in this section limits any forum or remedy available under mandatory consumer law. For disputes that do not involve a consumer and for which an exclusive forum agreement is permitted by law, the Incheon District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction at first instance.
